Our weight loss program is designed to give you personalized support, medical guidance, and real results. Your initial visit is $300 and includes: -A comprehensive health questionnaire -Full review of your medical history -Education on weight loss tailored to your unique needs -A personalized treatment plan -A customized diet plan built just for you -Weight loss support supplements (valued at $157) are provided complimentary when you enroll (optional, but declining does not reduce the cost) -For a deeper look at your health, optional lab testing is available for an additional $300. After your first visit, you’ll continue with monthly follow-up visits at $100 each. These visits help track your progress, celebrate your hard work, and make adjustments as needed to keep you moving forward. Please note that this cost does not include the price of any prescribed medications or supplements.
