Diane opened Care First Medical because she wanted to do things differently. In her practice, patients aren’t reduced to symptoms or prescriptions. Diane Helm is more than a healthcare provider—she’s a passionate advocate for patient-centered care. With a strong background in nursing and advanced practice, Diane founded Care First Medical with a clear mission: to deliver better care by putting people before paperwork and conversations before prescriptions. She believes true healing begins when patients feel heard, respected, and supported—not rushed through an exam or given a quick fix.

Diane’s philosophy of care reflects her holistic outlook on health. She takes the time to uncover the root causes of illness, empowering patients to take control of their lives rather than relying on medications to mask symptoms. At Care First Medical, Ana is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where every patient feels valued and cared for. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, traveling, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Licensed Practical Nurse

Jordyn Chaffman

I’m a licensed practical nurse with experience in urgent care, the operating room, and nursing homes. I’m currently furthering my education at Liberty University in Computer Science – Cybersecurity and taking courses in Medical Billing and Coding at Wytheville. When I’m not in the office, I love photography, baking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Carlos is a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in sports massage, prenatal massage, and deep tissue therapy. With a focus on helping clients relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve mobility, he tailors every session to meet your unique needs. Carlos is passionate about supporting overall wellness and creating a relaxing, rejuvenating experience for every patient he works with.
